Topic: Ultra-rare live footage from the vaults!!!

Message: Former band member Daniel Kåse has been digging deep down his video vault and discovered hours of ultra-rare material from Brighteye Brison's past. A performance by the band in Stockholm on October 16th 2002 is now up! The debut album was released a few months later and here Brighteye Brison play the entire suite "One Year Alone" from that CD.Enjoy! :)/Linus

Topic: Brighteye Brison's recording diary pt.2

Message: Yup, I really enjoy the sound. Steinways are wonderful too. They really cut through and work extremely well in rock music. We used it quite a lot on the last album, on "The Grand Event" for instance. If I remember correctly we also had the Bechstein grand on "After the Storm" and Malmsjö grand piano on "Pointless Living".

Message: I love the sound of the Bösendorfer grand - it has such a "full" sound. The snobs love the Steinways, but to me the Bösendorfer's have always had the edge ;)

New Video Clip: BB writes and records song for "Dante's Paradiso"!! in Progressive Rock : Brighteye Brison

Topic: New Video Clip: BB writes and records song for "Dante's Paradiso"!!

Message: Earlier this year we recorded an original track for the new Colossus Project "Dante's Paradiso". The fun thing about making this song was that we started absolutely from scratch. We decided to meet up in the studio one day without having the slightest idea of what we were going to record. At first feeling a bit risky, since we never tried this before, it turned out to be a very fruitful way of creating this song. We actually turned up with seven minutes of music that we are very satisfied with and in which we all share an equal amount of ideas. It was a creative process and we will definately record more songs in this manner in the future. Enjoy!/Linus
